Ingredients
- 500g gnocchi
- 250g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 100ml single cream
- 125g mozzarella, torn
- 1½ tbsp DishUp Pizza Pasta Sprinkle
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Large handful baby spinach
Method
- 1. Get the tomatoes going. Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan. Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for 3–4 minutes until softened and starting to blister.
- 2. Add the flavour. Stir in the Pizza Pasta Sprinkle and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- 3. Add the gnocchi. Tip the gnocchi into the pan with the cream and 100ml water. Stir, cover and gently simmer for 4–5 minutes until the gnocchi is tender and the sauce starts to thicken.
- 4. Make it creamy. Stir through the spinach until wilted, then tear over the mozzarella.
- 5. Get it bubbling. Pop under a hot grill for 2–3 minutes until the mozzarella is melted and golden. Finish with an extra pinch of Pizza Pasta Sprinkle and serve.
